Delete your BettorKit account and data

BettorKit, developed by Frank LOPEZ, allows users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated cloud data.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address linked to your BettorKit account using the button below.

If you use an anonymous guest account, include your BettorKit account identifier when available in the Account, backup and sync section of the application.

You can also email bettorkit@gmail.com with the subject “BettorKit account deletion request”.

Information to include

• The email linked to the account, if applicable.
• Your BettorKit account identifier, if available.
• A clear request to delete the account and associated data.

Data that will be deleted

After verifying the request, BettorKit will delete:

• the BettorKit authentication account and user identifier;
• synchronized bankrolls and balances;
• recorded bets and related information;
• strategies, sessions and strategy history;
• synchronized settings and other account-related cloud data.

Local data

Information stored only on the device can be removed by clearing BettorKit's application data or uninstalling the application.

Subscriptions and purchase records

Deleting a BettorKit account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play. Google may retain transaction records according to its own legal and accounting obligations.

Processing time and retention

Valid deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for a limited period according to the service provider's backup cycle. Limited information may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
