This Privacy Policy explains how BettorKit, developed and operated by Frank Adrian LOPEZ, accesses, uses, stores and protects information when users interact with the BettorKit mobile application.

BettorKit is a mathematical and informational application for managing betting bankrolls, recording bets, simulating staking strategies, reviewing sports information and comparing odds. BettorKit does not accept or place bets, process gambling transactions or guarantee profits.
BettorKit may process the following categories of information:
Bankrolls, bets, strategies and application preferences may be stored locally on the user's device to support offline operation.
If the user selects an image of a betting slip, BettorKit may process that image using on-device text recognition to help extract information. Selected images are not intentionally uploaded to BettorKit servers.
When cloud functionality is enabled, supported application data may be synchronized with BettorKit's backend infrastructure hosted using Supabase. Each user's synchronized records are associated with a unique user identifier and protected through access-control policies.
Users may begin with an anonymous guest account and may later link that account to email, Google or Apple where those options are available.
When you choose Sign in with Google, BettorKit requests your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture when provided). Supabase processes and stores this authentication information on BettorKit's behalf to identify your account, manage sign-in sessions and allow you to recover access to supported cloud data. BettorKit does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars.
Google account information is used for authentication and account management, not advertising, and is not sold. It is retained with your BettorKit account and removed with the authentication identity when you delete your account, subject to the service-provider processing described below. You may also revoke BettorKit's access in your Google Account settings; revoking access does not itself delete data already stored in BettorKit.

These providers may process limited information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only as necessary to provide their services. BettorKit does not sell users' personal information and does not currently use user data for third-party advertising.
Local information remains on the user's device until it is deleted through BettorKit, the application data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.
Cloud data is retained while the associated BettorKit account remains active or for as long as necessary to provide the requested synchronization and account services.
Users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud data directly from BettorKit or request deletion through the public account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the Supabase authentication identity and the associated profile, settings, bankrolls, strategies, recorded bets, synchronization data, subscription entitlements and private purchase-verification records.
BettorKit currently uses the Supabase Free Plan. BettorKit does not maintain independent off-site database backups, and the current Supabase project does not have scheduled database backups or Point-in-Time Recovery enabled. Therefore, deleted account data is not retained in a BettorKit-managed or project-level restorable backup.
Supabase may retain limited technical, security or service information when required for the operation of its services, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations or enforcement of its terms. Such processing and retention are governed by Supabase's own terms and privacy documentation.
A web account-deletion code is valid for 30 days. BettorKit stores only a cryptographic hash of that code. The anonymous technical record associated with the deletion request is automatically removed within 31 days from the creation of the code.
Deleting a BettorKit account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the relevant store. Apple and Google may retain transaction records according to their own legal, accounting and privacy obligations.
Depending on the applicable law, BettorKit processes information to provide the services requested by the user, with the user's consent for optional features, to protect the legitimate interests of operating and securing the service, and when necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Users can choose whether to enter betting information, select an image, enable notifications, use cloud features, purchase a subscription or link an account. Device permissions can be managed through iOS or Android settings.
BettorKit uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, authenticated access and database access-control policies. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence. Appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable law.
Depending on the user's jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. BettorKit is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when BettorKit's functionality, service providers or legal obligations change. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.
